Bulgur salad with pomegranate sauce

Preparation

3 tablespoons of pomegranate sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper and marinate chicken thighs in this mixture for at least 2 hours. Next, the bulgur is boiled and strained. Grapes, pistachios, parsley.

1 cup of bulgur.

½ cup of grapes

⅓ cup of pistachios.

2 tablespoons of olive oil

¾ cup of chopped parsley

½ cup of chopped mint

1 tablespoon of corn oil

¼ cup of pomegranate seeds
