Chicken with pomegranate sauce

Preparation

First mix pomegranate juice, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper. Use this mixture to marinate the chicken and potatoes for 1-2 hours and then bake in the oven at 175° for 45 minutes.

½ kg of potatoes

1 cup of pomegranate juice

¼ of apple cider vinegar

¼ of olive oil

1 tablespoon of brown sugar

1 tablespoon of grated ginger

4 cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon of salt

¼ tablespoon of pepper

1 bundle of green onions

¼ cup of pomegranate seeds
