Beef in pomegranate sauce

Preparation

Cut the beef into small cubes, fry in 1 teaspoon of butter + 1 teaspoon of corn oil with salt and pepper. In the same pot, cook the garlic, onion, lemon juice, pomegranate sauce, 1 tablaspoon of butter + 1 tablespoon of corn oil for 2-3 minutes. As a final step, add the prepared beef cubes to this mixture and stirr.

1/2 kg of beef

10-12 small onions

2 tablespoons of butter

2 tablespoons of corn oil

3 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

¼ cup of pomegranate sauce

1 tablespoon of pepper

1 teaspoon of salt

Roasted pine nuts
