Pomegranate Panna Cotta

Preparation

Firstly, boil gelatin and lemon juice until gelatin has dissolved and let it cool for 15 minutes. Whip sugar and 1 cup cream, then add yogurt and remaining 3/4 cup cream and whip again. Separate the mixture into 8 small containers of equal size and keep in the refrigerator for 8 hours. Boil pomegranate juice for about 4 minutes until honey and vanilla thicken and add to cold mixture.

1/2 tablespoon of gelatin

3 tablespoons of lemon juice

3/4 cup of sugar

1 3/4 cup of cream

1/4 cup of yogurt

3/4 cup of pomegranate juice

1 tablespoon of honey

1 bag of vanilla

Pomegranate seeds for garnish
